How it works

- We’ll reach out. We contact your referred business within 1 business day and arrange a free initial consultation.
- They sign on. Once they engage InnovateX for a managed services agreement, your discount kicks in on your next billing cycle.
- Stack as many as you want. Refer 4 businesses, get 20% off. Refer 10, get 50% off. There’s no upper limit.
Who qualifies?
Any Australian business looking for ICT consultancy, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity support. We work best with small-to-medium businesses, non-profits, and government departments.
What counts as a “successful referral”?
A signed managed services agreement (3-month minimum term) is what triggers your discount. The discount continues for as long as both you and the referred client are active managed services customers.

The fine print: Referral discount is calculated against your monthly managed services fee, not professional services / project work. Discount applied after both you and the referred client have completed a minimum 3-month engagement. No cash equivalent. Discount continues for the duration both customer relationships are active. InnovateX reserves the right to verify referrals and terminate the program with notice.
